These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and winrpk governing your use of our platform, services, games, sports betting, promotions, and all related features. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on winrpk.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one winrpk account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All winrpk bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods that are published at the time each promotion is offered. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
All financial transactions on winrpk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Players are responsible for ensuring that payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals are registered in their own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals using accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted under any circumstances.
winrpk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, chip-dumping, arbitrage betting, exploitation of system errors, and any other form of dishonest conduct. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be permanently closed and balances may be withheld pending a full investigation and any applicable legal process.
winrpk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or through an on-platform notification. Continued use of winrpk following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By accessing, browsing, or using the winrpk website located at https://winrpk.org (the "Platform"), creating a user account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered by winrpk, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your winrpk account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
To register and maintain an account on winrpk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
winrpk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of residential address, or proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by winrpk's compliance team.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by winrpk may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions, or account closure. winrpk will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Each player may hold only one registered account on winrpk. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. winrpk uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method matching, and identity document verification to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winrpk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity.
In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify winrpk's support team immediately via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. winrpk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number to provide an additional layer of account security.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. winrpk reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, following written notification to the registered email address. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will remain accessible upon account reactivation.
winrpk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. winrpk does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. winrpk aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Payments section of the Platform, subject to any security checks, outstanding KYC requirements, or pending bonus wagering obligations.
All transactions on winrpk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winrpk does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any foreign currency transactions, where applicable, will be converted at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.
winrpk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bets placed on winrpk are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market, as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. winrpk's sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, table tennis, football, UFC, kabaddi, basketball, and other sporting events.
winrpk reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a bet reference number is issued by the Platform. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance until a confirmation reference is displayed on screen and recorded in your bet history.
Where winrpk offers odds or lines that are clearly erroneous — including but not limited to pricing errors resulting from technical failures, data feed interruptions, or human input mistakes — winrpk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's real-money balance. This applies even after an event has been settled, if the error is identified within a reasonable time period.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events in real time. Odds and market availability during in-play betting are subject to rapid change. winrpk accepts no liability for delays between the live event and the data feed received by the Platform, which may result in bets being accepted at odds that do not reflect the live state of play. All in-play bets are subject to winrpk's full Sportsbook Rules.
winrpk offers a range of casino games, including online slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games such as Aviator. All casino games hosted on winrpk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.
winrpk acts as an aggregator and operator of games provided by third-party software providers. The rules of each individual game are governed by that game's embedded help section. In the event of a conflict between a game's on-screen rules and these Terms & Conditions regarding a general policy matter, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winrpk and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
winrpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, and to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
All content on the winrpk Platform — including but not limited to the winrpk logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of winrpk or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from winrpk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winrpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
winrpk's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your winrpk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winrpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winrpk may share your personal data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law. winrpk does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.
